Privacy Policy

CompeteHub, operated by Orsay International Pvt Ltd, processes personal data to operate case study competitions on behalf of institutions (the data controllers). CompeteHub acts as a processor for tenant data.

Data we process: account details, registration information, submissions, evaluations, and usage logs. Each institution's data is logically isolated from every other tenant.

Purpose: to provide registration, evaluation, results and certification services, and to secure and improve the platform.

Retention: configurable per institution. Participants may request data export or deletion through their institution or platform support.

Security: passwords are hashed, access is role-based and tenant-scoped, sensitive actions are audited, and file access is protected.
