How it works

The full lifecycle, from a blank workspace to certificates in participants' hands.

1

Onboard

Create your institution workspace, set branding, invite your organising team, and choose a plan. A public institution page goes live immediately.

2

Design

Use the competition wizard to define eligibility, participation mode, registration form fields, rounds, rubrics and deadlines.

3

Register

Participants form teams (join-by-code or invite), complete the registration form, pay if fees are enabled, and get a registration number.

4

Compete

Release case materials on schedule, collect submissions with versioning and late rules, and answer clarifications.

5

Evaluate

Assign judges (manual, random, balanced or expertise-based), score against weighted rubrics — anonymously if you choose.

6

Shortlist

Aggregate scores, apply tie-breaks, shortlist by top-N or threshold, and progress teams to the next round.

7

Finals

Schedule presentations across rooms and panels, run live scoring with a timer, and capture jury citations.

8

Publish

Approve and lock results, publish a branded winners page with three prize categories, and issue verified certificates in bulk.
